Lob City was in full effect last night in the Los Angeles Clippers playoff game against the Memphis Grizzlies. This time for once the best dunker in the league Blake Griffin wasn’t involved. No surprise the best passing point guard in the NBA Chris Paul set up a perfect alley oop to DeAndre Jordan. Along with Griffin Jordan is also one of the best high flyers in the game.
Paul dribbles toward the basket when he sees Jordan in the middle of the lane. Paul throws up a lob pass to Jordan, who catches a throws down a dunk with one hand and does so while dunking on two Grizzlies players. That was a heck of a play by Jordan I never thought that he would catch that pass in the first place. Jordan excels at attacking the rim and finishing around the basket.
As for the game the Grizzlies got the last laugh by evening the series at 1 at piece with a 105-98 win.
Once again Paul was driving the lane but this time he wasn’t looking to the pass the ball instead he gave a ball fake in the middle of the lane causing Tony Allen to just look silly. Paul went on to make the wide open lay up. That was just a crazy juke fake whatever you what to call in by Paul.
