1. Trey Burke (Michigan)- Burke was just named the National Player of the Year. He willed his team to victory against Kansas, by hitting a three to tie the game as time expired. Along with his scoring he is also averaging 8 apg.
2. Russ Smith (Louisville)- There is no quicker player from end to end that Smith, he can drive to the hoop 1 on 5 and score if he wants too. Smith is the leading scorer in the NCAA Tournament with 26 ppg.
3. Michael Carter Williams (Syracuse)- Williams is the best passing point guard left in the tournament, and he can also score and rebound. In the tournament he is averaging 13 ppg. 5rpg, and 5.5 apg.
4. Peyton Siva (Louisville)- Rick Pitino has called Siva one of the best leaders and players he has ever coached. Siva is playing his best basketball of his career right now.
5. Tim Hardaway Jr. (Michigan)- Hardaway teams up with Burke to form the best backcourt in the country. He probably has the best mid-range game in the country.
6.Gorgui Dieng (Louisville)- No player has improved from his freshman year until now than Dieng. He is coming off a double double versus Duke. He also had 4 blocks.
7. C.J. Fair (Syracuse)- There is no smoother player in the country than Fair. He is automatic with the 12 to 15 foot jump shot.
8. Malcolm Armstead (Wichita State)- The Oregon transfer, paid his way to college last season, and now he is one of the top players in the tournament. In the tournament he is averaging 16 ppg.
9.Carl Hall (Wichita State)- He is the guy that does it all for the Shockers. He is the reason why the Shockers are one of the top rebounding teams in the nation.
10. James Southerland (Syracuse)- Southerland is by far the best shooter left in the big dance. He has made 26 threes in his last 8 games.
