Chandler dunks on Miller : Ginobili misses wide open dunk

Published on May 1, 2012 by Scott Shirley   ·   No Comments

Despite having the flu the New York Knicks Tyson Chandler still had enough energy to throw down a monster dunk on the Miami Heat.

Off a missed layup Chandler threw down the rebound with one hand. He did this while dunking on the Heat’s Mike Miller. After the play he was given a technical thought I am sure not sure why he received a technical. The Knicks are down 0-2 in the series but Chandler had the best play of the night.

While Chandler threw down a monster dunk the San Antonio Spurs Manu Ginobili missed a wide open dunk.

Ginobili had a wide open path to the basket, there was no one around him but he still missed the wide open dunk. He probably jump too far out and wasn’t sure if he wanted to dunk it or just lay it in. The Spurs got the last laugh as they beat the Utah Jazz in game 1. I am sure we will see this play in many blooper shows in the future.
