Blake Griffin Dunks on Pau Gasol twice

Published on April 5, 2012 by Scott Shirley   ·   No Comments

It’s not often that you see one player dunk on one player twice in a career but twice in a game is unheard of. That is exactly what happened to Los Angeles Lakers center Pau Gasol. Gasol got dunked on twice by the best dunker in the league the Los Angeles Clippers Blake Griffin.

The first highlight real dunk for griffin came in the opening minutes of the game. Off a Randy Foye missed three point shot Griffin gets the rebounds and throws down the monster put back dunk. He rebounded the ball and dunked it with two hands. He did all of this over Gasol, who is seven foot tall.

The next dunk came in the third quarter. Griffin sets a pick for Caron Butler. After he sets the pick Griffin rolls to the basket and Butler passed him the ball. Griffin receives the pass and goes on to finish a monster dunk. Griffin throws the ball into the basket with authority as he once again dunks over Gasol. Gasol falls to the ground on the play.

However, the last laugh goes to Gasol as the Lakers won the game. I bet though that everyone will remember these two dunks from this game not that the Lakers won the game.
