Top 3 Dunks from NBA dunk contest

Yes, last night’s NBA dunk contest didn’t feature the marquee names but still there were some quality dunks. Despite being a late addition to the event Jeremy Evans of the Utah Jazz won the event. There is no question Evans had the best dunk of the night that likely gave him the win. Overall on the night there wasn’t really any spectacular dunks but there was a lot of creative dunks on the night. The players had a lot of good props. Check out the 4 best dunks from last night’s dunk contest below.

1. Jeremy Evans’ double oop over Gordon Hayward- This was the best dunk of the night and it wasn’t even close. Hayward was sitting in a stool with two basketballs in his hands. Evans jumped over Hayward who threw both balls in the air. Evans then caught a ball each hand and dunked them both each one handed. Evans missed his first attempt at this dunk.

2. Derrick Williams 360 dunk off-the-side-of-the-backboard pass from Ricky Rubio- Yes, we have seen this dunk before but it was still pretty impressive by Williams. Williams teammate Ricky Rubio threw a perfect pass off the side of the backboard and Williams did the rest. Williams finished the 360 make it look easy. Williams really had to stretch out and get it.

3. Chase Budinger and “White Men Can’t Jump” – This was by far not the best dunk of the night but it was probably the most creative. Budinger kind of dressed like Woody Harrelson from the movie “White Men Can’t Jump”. Budinger brought out Diddy. Budinger got a pass from his the baseline and jumped over Diddy to finish the one handed slam.
