Dallas Mavericks center Ian Mahinmi has a championship now he is running his mouth. Mahinmi played very few minutes in the NBA finals, and he really only played because backup center Brendan Haywood was hurt. So Mahinmi isn’t exactly a superstar in the league, but still he felt the right to call out Kobe Bryant.
Mahinmi told a French NBA site that “Kobe is super arrogant but everybody loves him. To me, Kobe is more arrogant than LeBron James.”
Why Mahinmi said this is beyond me. He’s not even on the court to hear want goes on. If maybe a NBA starter said this; I would take the comments more seriously. I can’t wait until the Los Angeles Lakers play the Dallas Mavericks and Bryant dunks over Mahinmi that is if Mahinmi even plays. I remember in the NBA finals when James dunked over Mahinmi.
Mahinmi might be right with his comments to a point, but the most arrogant I don’t think so. I could care less if a player is arrogant on the court, all I care about is if they produce on the court are they a winner? Bryant is a winner and he has his rings, so he can be arrogant all he wants to be. James is being knocked not for being arrogant but for failing on the court with his play in the 4th quarter.
