SF/PF Marcus Morris goes one pick later to the Rockets: Grade B+
Published on June 24, 2011 by Scott Shirley · No Comments
Marcus Morris goes one pick after his twin brother. This is a great pick for the Rockets; Morris was thought to have been a much higher pick. Morris is much more of a better offensive player than his twin player, he has great post moves. The Rockets need help at the small forward position; Morris can play both the small forward and power forward. Chase Budinger isn’t the answer at power forward for the Rockets.
Strengths- Strong post moves, very shooter can shoot from deep, high basketball IQ. Weaknesses- not a explosive athlete, his length, needs to be more aggressive on defense
