PG Kemba Walker goes to the Bobcats 9th overall: Grade B-

With their 2nd pick in the top 10 the Bobcats take Kemba Walker. What don’t they already have D.J. Augustin they have bigger needs, I don’t love the pick for the Bobcats, but I do love the player. All Walker did this year is lead his team to the national championship. Walker is your typical New York City guard, who can also lead his team. I am not saying he will be as good as Allen Iverson, but he plays like him.
Strengths- He is a explosive scorer, has excellent quickness and first step, strong mid range game. Weaknesses- not a great shooter especially from three, undersized, needs better decision making.
