Tony Parker Clutch in Game 1

Published on June 8, 2013 by Scott Shirley   ·   No Comments

So far Tony Parker has been the MVP of these 2013 NBA playoffs sorry LeBron James. With the Spurs up by 2 90-88 Parker had the ball with 10 seconds left with the shot clock running out.

Parker was dribbling everywhere but couldn’t find a lane, he was even knocked to the ground by James but he kept his dribble alive. Then he ducked under James and nailed a bank shot soon as the shot clock expired. The shot gave the Spurs a 4 point lead with just 5 seconds left. Check out the shot in the video below.

For the game Parker finished with 21 points and 6 assists. He also had a spin move in the 4th quarter in which he made Norris Cole look silly.
