Trey Burke carries Michigan to the Final Four

Published on April 1, 2013 by Scott Shirley   ·   No Comments

It looked like Michigan was headed home than Trey Burke decided to take over. He scored all of 23 points in the 2nd half and overtime and he hit a deep three pointer to send the game into overtime.  Michigan beat Kansas by 2 and went on to cruise past Florida in the Elite 8.  This is Michigan’s first trip to the Final Four since the Fab 5.

“We never had the mindset that we were going to lose the game,” Burke said. “When we were down 14, we knew anything could still happen. It’s March, anything can happen.”

Check out some of the highlights from the weekend from Burke.
